Lustre Corrupted Files

Occasionally when a process is writing to the lustre file system at the time of a crash, file metadata is created but the data are not written to the backing storage array. This results in a file that appears to exist but gives an error when accessed. (Usually Cannot allocate memory). When these are detected we will unlink the file and leave a stub file behind to indicate that this has happend.
